Pathetic customer service they give!

I have an contract with 8ta and for as short as i have used it i have never ever got a satisfying service from them.8TA keep deducting money from my account for some reason that i dont know off, i have never skiped any payments but all they do is taking money from my account. everytime i query that they deny it telling me the money doesn't reflect on their system if not they send me from pillar to post including their so called TEAM LEADER V Chetty. What 8ta is doing is called, they R469 from my account and they keep denying it.
