Deducting my money for no reason

Capitec Bank is deducting money that i settled long time ago. All their incompetent staff they have no clue what is happening in my account and they keep telling me that they will get back to me and just give me a ref. number. In December when they did a late debit to their clients they called me and we made arrangement on how I was gona pay that money back. We arranged to deduct R500 every month starting from end of January. During the month of January I called them and I told them that I was settling the account of which I did paid the whole amount of R3000 and something but 'til end of last month they've been deducting that R500 in my account.

I've called them couple of times and I end up going to Greenstone branch but still even there they keep telling me that they see the problem but i must take a ref number they will call me during the week when their contact center is operating.. I'm still waiting.
