Incorrect Amount Charged For ADSL Package

My new adsl package has been activated on the 20th of March. On the 20th I called the activations department to get my internet up and running. I asked for a 2mb uncapped packed and somehow was actived on the 20 mb vdsl package with out being told I was. About 2 wees later I received a sms from Telkom telling me that I owed over 3000 rand for billing. I call Telkom, and they advised that they changed my package back to the 2mb and I logged a dispute for the outstanding amount that I wasn't going to pay for seeing I never asked for it. They also added a protection against my account saying until the dispute is sorted I shouldn't stress about the payment.
I now found yesterday evening with out warning that my account was suspended due to none payment. I contacted telkom and got passed between 10 different agents who went from telling me that my account is in arrears, to my monthly limit has been exceeded for a internet package which I don't have. I have just spent 1 hour on the phone and NO ONE at telkom knows whats happening, They cant even tell me what I am being charged for. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
