Pathetic service from Vodacom as usual!

I wish to complain about the pathetic service of Vodacom. I am so disgusted to be part of such a company as a customer, that just gives endless problems receiving and sending sms's and cellular reception in general. Last week Saturday I was at Cresta Shopping Centre and could not receive please call me's, nor sms's or even phone calls for a long period. Does Vodacom realise that their absolutely unacceptable service is becoming more than a thorn in their customers side?! What if there was an emergency! I am still continuing to experience massive delays on receiving sms's and it is now making me really angry. What the heck is going on? Is incompetence the only thing Vodacom can offer these days? I will not recommend anyone at the moment to such a flawed network provider until they sort out their lack of service!
