Pathetic service

I'm so angry and disguted with Vodacom! its suppose to be offering exceptional service to its clients instead their service is horrible!! I called their customer services after I discovered that all my airtime had disappeared and I was told that BIS services was offline n worse part of it the so called consultant refused to take my complain and attempt to log a query for my airtime, she told me to deal with can not be Vodacom's problem that I used internet n yet I never received any notification about that .my question is what's the point of having a network company that doesn't care about its customers?? Nqobile that I spoke to did not even acknowledge my complain yet I'm spending lot of my money buying airtime! Vodacom!!! Its overall service is pathetic, consultants that does not know what customer service is.
