"Service??? "

I was recently on cell c, cancelled my contract because of their signal issues, went to vodacom to port my number, have been phoning 5 times a day to sort it out. Three and half weeks later my number still has not been ported. It's pathetic. Customer service is a disgrace. You would think they would help the potential customers to join their network, you are willing to pay vodacom for a service and they can't help u? It's a disgrace what customer service vodacom offer. Would you like people to recommend your company? People will not do this if their customer service is pathetic. The only way your company will get people to recommend your service is by keeping your customers happy. That is certainly not happening.
