Bad reception

I do not know why I ever Upgraded I should have just cancelled my contract and go to Vodacom and MTN. Cellc you have all these great adds, but you do not cater at all for your clients in the farming areas. I have this data package and normal package and it is a absolute nightmare to use any of them because I just never have enough reception to use it. When I am in the city or Town then there is no problem. Worst of all is that there is a Vodacom tower here were we are staying so cellc runs from this tower. I do not think that the service I am getting from you is what it should be. I complained previously that I do not have reception and that I am unable to phone anyone, you replied that I should contact the technical division it is free of charge from my cellphone, that just proved to me that you are not reading these complaints with any understanding of what I am trying to tell you. What are you going to do about it???
