Inhumanly poor customer services from MTN

My TopUp 200 contract from MTN is losing airtime daily for more than 3 months now.(more than R500.00 has been taken from me without me making a phone call even once.)

It takes about two days for my airtime to disappear without me making a phone call, my data package and sms's are fine.

I was trying to get it sorted out the whole day so far.
I tried using the call center and the "online chat system" mtn use.

Obviously there is some type of service involved that is taking my money.
The person I spoke to told me it is POSSIBLE to remove that subscription but he can't help me because I need to hand the phone over to the account holder to verify her name??

The contract is not on my name, and and no one is even willing to even try and assist me in any way.
Even if I explain to them that I have never ever subscribed to a third party service or did I receive anything from a third party service as well.

I tried getting the MTN account on my name for about a year now, with no one being able to do that either because either the "system is off" or the person does not know how to do it.

As I'm typing I just lost another R18.00
I have no idea where to start when asking MTN for anything.
