Telkom charging me for free calls

I have recently noticed that Telkom has been charging me small amounts (like R1.20) for some calls during callmore/Off peak times. I am on the weekend and off peak call option whereby these calls should be free up to 60 minutes. These amounts add up at the end of the month and is unacceptable. I had recently got my line in Jan and want some clarity on this.
