Paying for shocking service on coverage

I have been battling for 3 months with coverage for my phone and modem from my house. Use to be fine and then just suddenly one day signal went for a ball of $%^&.
I logged a call on the 9th already and have not have 1 call back or update what so ever.
What am I paying for again?
