MTN Coverage makes empty promises!

After checking the MTN coverage map on the internet and asking staff in the store to check, i was told i was in an area of HSDPA. This being the faster reception, i decided to get the uncapped internet with modem from MTN. On 17th of October i called MTN coverage and they said they would send someone to come check the reception at my house. A week later on the 24th someone did come to my house and checked the recepion. The technictian said the signal was realy poor and that MTN would fit an antenna to boosed the signal. i then filled out the forms and was told someone would com the following week. I have been waiting since then to be contacted after calling the coverage call center a number of times.
