No assistance - no migration of contract

On 22 Aug 13 I upgraded my contract. The handset was upgraded and delivered already but the call centre assistant didn't do the migration from my Everyday off peak to a Top up 135. I asked her twice during the conversation will the contract be upgraded to that contract and she confirmed. It hasn't been done and they tell me it can't be done because it can only be done at the end of a month. But I did it on time so that I can take my phone with me the end of this week to use in the USA and see how much I spend when calling family in SA. They have to correct their mistake - IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE. I need it corrected before Friday 13th.
