Automation allowed to make critical decisions?

Due to the automation (according to the technical team and accounts, again no accountability like when the domains were hacked on the shared server) all domains are suspended if a single amount on your total account is outstanding, R29 in this instance. All our customers are / were impacted and this is unacceptable. Get it right please or shut the service down.
