NO REPLY ON COMPLAINTS

I get no reply from MTN with regard to my complaints, I am sitting with a few reference nrs and my hello peter complaint gets anwered with a "We Will contact you shortly" but that's where it ends.

MTN - In your reply to this, rather put the responsible person's name and nr here so that I can use that to call you, see that you don't make any attempt to call me!
