Awaiting consultant to contact me after complaint

I lodged a complaint via Hello Peter on 6 Aug regarding no feedback received from the supplier and customer services. I received a reply on 6 Aug stating that a consultant will contact me shortly regarding my problem. I am still waiting for this call...

I looks like this reply was only a smoke screen for Daddy's Deals to appear like a responding company on Hello Peter where in fact they don't respond to the real problem.
