Worse Service delivery company in SA

Complained online form I have problems with my E-Mail about 21 days ago... no response after 5 days
Phoned in and they said they will look into problem and phone back... still waiting a week later
Phoned again 4 days later and they said they have no problems, if I get the message again I must send report to Help desk.
Mailed the report to Helpdesk and now after 5 days still no response from Iburst.

I opened a account with Yahoo as my provider is and now have no problems except for POOR, SLOW Internet connection... I think they have serious SERVER problems
