ADSL down for four days already and count

On the 18th my ADSL stopped working. The line won't sync. I have tested with other modems and can confirm it's a Telkom issue. The voice part of the line still works.

I reported it online. Later the day I got an SMS to say that the line was tested and found to be defect free and that I should reply to the SMS with my number followed by @F if it's still not working. I did that immediately.

Since then I've heard nothing. This is shocking service. In this day and age I can't live without ADSL for four days and counting!

My ref number is 183CWK180413.

Please help, this is very urgent.
