Iburst did not delive

Iburst did not deliver the rooter on April 18th as arranged, when trying to contact them the switch board out me over to deliveries but no answer, I was on the line for 20min waiting for answer. Every time when I phoned the same thing happened, when I explained to a woman the situation she just put me through to delivery again where there again is NO answer. Thus I have been trying to find out where the people are and what is going to happen for 2days. I work night shift and for me to stay awake the whole day Thursday waiting for someone who doesn't show up and they never do has a major influence on not only my work but my health as well. that means i have to be up for 48 hours to wait for someone who doesn't show, its really very frustrating. I just need my rooter delivered so that I can have my adsl installed as we upgraded.
