Send in my phone for repairs, returned unrepaired

Handed in my BB handset on the 5th of March. Six weeks later I recieved a Sms that said i can fetch my Phone, i went there they said sorry sir your phone is in Bloemfontein, its not our problem, Then I phoned the Head office they said it will be there the next day. Three days later I recieved a call from the Rustenburg Sqaure branch, my phone is there. I went there and recieved my phone. I didnt had my Battery with me to test it there.so when i got back to my work i did test it and had the same problem as when i send it in, i went back and complaint, they said it willl be a nother six weeks. but still im paying my contract. this is not the first time that i have trouble with this supplier.
