S4 Sent in for repairs returned with fault

S4 sent in on 7 September Bridge Port elizabeth with cracked screena and camera faulty recieved 6 weeks later. Screen repaired, camera fixed, but with a service problem which i never originally had. Had to return phone to try and replace to date still no phone. I have followed up on numerous occasions. They confirmed phone will not been replaced. after that no feed back. today i hear my phone is missing as it was signed for but branch never recieved. I am not happy with this service. My first complaint i recieved ut back with more problems, secondly no loan phone oiffered.. Iam paying for a phone i cant use and plus this is a micro sim which means addition cist for adapor to use in another. last but sure not final complaint WHERE IS MY PHONE!! FURIOUS!!
