Billed for a subscription without authorisation

Phone Cell C to complain about the extremely high bill on a Casualchat100 contract. They advised that there is a subscription service of R 7.90 per day - in total more that R 400 for August alone!!! They gave the number to cancel. We phoned and the people on the other side 0800981433 advised that WE R CRAZY. NO AUTHORISATION was given for this "subscription" and money is just being deducted left right and center. Cell C advised that they will cancel from their side. BUT THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A!!! Cell C should refund as they also said that this happens often. Who is giving permission for all these deductions. Sure as not us.

Refund required for a bill that should be R399 a month - now R855.00???

The description on Cell C system is DialogM00900. Cant anyone stop this from happening???

A speedy response and correction of the account, this means R 855 - R 456 = R 399 payable the end of Sept.

This is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL
