Telkom on the road to closure!!!

A week ago I reported that my line is not my number. I was getting calls from strangers. Also, my pin no longer worked. When I dial my own telkom number from my cell it just rings on my cell - not at home.

Conclusion - not my line. Raised fault over a week ago and another the next day - Both are closed and now there is NO dial tone at all.

The only reason I have a telkom line is for ADSL - otherwise they will not get a cent of my money. I can't wait for a reasonably priced alternative.

And telkom - you should be afraid, very afraid. You are all going to loose your jobs due to bad service when telkom shuts it's doors - and you all know it, yet you continue with your service???
