Wrong billing that led my account to be deducted

I cancelled a contract because Pat Nxusa took more than a week to tell me that it was approved. He then explained to me that the cancellation fee of 460 will be charged on my account but he will reverse it as this was his mistake. Next thing 8ta deducted R 1, 193.00 on my account, When I told him he was calmed en said he did his job and it will be reversed, my bank could not reverse it, they needed a letter of which he wrote but there was no letter head and no stamp. When my bank called him wanting to confirm, he was not available and they spoke to Karabo (Pat's coleague) who was slow and told us that she was going to log a query first and this was already after 5 days and they will refund me. Until now it has not been done. They fail to produce a leatter head, stamp and to even assist me. How can they even do that and since when is a cancellation cost so much? Why am I suffering for thier mistakes. On Friday Pat sent me an email telling me to call and request for a letter head I mean I am a customer since when would they give a customer a letterhead. I qoute "We don't send letters at a branch level, please call 081180" Karabo was worse she told me that she was doing me a favour...
