Lengthy turn-around time repairing handset:

My Blackberry handset's scroller packed up. I was advised to send my phone away for repairs and that I should have it back within 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks now and I STILL don't have my phone back. This is my work phone, so to be without it for such a long period of time is causing unimaginable inconvenience and stress.
