MTN is suppose to throttle our uncapped lite to 256kbps after "fair usage ". I have been throttled to 28kbps for several months now... They and the worst of it is I have asked for a supervisor or someone in charge to contact me and they just never do... Bad service.. and I have seen many complaints...
I am going to submit a complaint to the National Consumer regulator.
