DO NOT USE CELL C DATA!

I reported disgusting data service last week Monday. I was told that someone would call me during the course of Tuesday to assist with the issue. Today is Saturday and I'm still waiting! I will be taking this up with FNB who sold the package to us it's tarnishing their name as well! Below are a few reasons NOT to use Cell C!

1) Appalling data supply. Always signal but access maybe 20% of the time and never when needed.
2) Complete lack of service when a complaint is made.
3) Call centre wait of at least 30 minutes.
4) technicians unable to fix problems.

I cannot urge you enough to use either Vodacom or MTN - never had this problem with them - even in the same device (IPad).

I don't know what their call service is like but I won't be trying it!

Remember people - cheaper is very seldom better!

Cell C - you are not worthy of being in business.
