New Customer: Phone ordered 4 weeks ago, nothing?

I have tried to be patient with this but it has gone too far.

I ordered a new contract with Cell C around the 25th of March, to which I was told a 5 day delivery time.

First Issue, After 5 days I called back and it turned out they they had not even processed my request yet, and were still "Verifying". That was fine with me and I was promised my request would be processed and sent within 4 days.

Second Issue, 4 Days passed and I called again. At this point, my order hadn't progressed at all and I was starting to get a little upset. I was told that they cannot confirm the availability of the phone, even though I had ordered it very early and it was on special everywhere. I cannot believe that a phone that is on special does not have a single unit in stock anywhere in the country.

Third Issue. A few days passed and I decided to phone them again. This was after 2 weeks of patiently waiting. I was subsequently told that they were doing a stock take on the Monday and would phone me on Tuesday regarding stock availability.

Fourth Issue. I was never contacted, and now being told there is no stock and no availability of the phone anywhere.
