Cell C
2nd report on out of stock S4

Last week Monday (06/05/2013) i posted a report about none of the cell c stores having stock of the S4, i was advised-on the hello peter website, that stock was going to be recieved in that same week. i then proeeded to sign up for a contract, it is now 11 days later and nearly 2 working weeks after that and i still have not recieved my phone, i called Cell c direct on monday, tuesday, wednesday and today and was told 4 different stories on all 4 days, kindly review the recorded telephone conversations for confirmation. Why does Cell c not have stock??? And why cant anyone tell me when i will be recieving it? I have pre-ordered this phone on the website last month, way before it even hit the shelves, so i dont see why i should have to wait this long.
