Good Day

I write to express my disappointment with of Cell C.

I have struggled to get the contract and phone I requested from Cell C.

Last week I visited Cell C where I was assured that they have the iPhone 5 16 Gig in stock and that I only need to bring the supporting documents and sign the contract where I would have my phone within 30 min.

The same day I engaged in undersigning the contract, but I was told that Cell C does not have stock and that no stock of the iPhone 5 was available for the last couple of weeks.

I expressed my grievance from misleading me into believing that there was stock.

I was again assured that there is no problem and that I would have my phone within 1 week on special order or from a other branch.

I contacted 5 more Cell C stores that all said that they do not have stock!

Cell C has willingly misrepresented the availability of stock and reported false information and advertising.

As a Consumer and legal practitioner I feel that my rights as consumer have been infringed by Cell C.
(I refer you to the Consumer Protection Act of 2008).

I STRONGLY REQUEST THAT A SPECIAL IPHONE 5 BE SOURCED FOR ME.
