I received an sms stating my account has been suspended due to non payment. I changed accounts and the debit order was not switched. After resolving the issue with my bank, i e-mailed proof of payment to Joanne S. Lalla, who informed me the matter will be resolved within 5 hours. To my surprise, I received a call from Joanne, within an hour, advising my account has been reactivated. I will now recommend 8ta/Telkom to all my family and friends
