SHOCKING SERVICE AND NO RESULTS

EVERYONE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING JOINING CELL C!!

I have typed out my complaint about 3 times and have had to change it every time because there are not enough characters on this website to tell everyone exactly what has happened with my contract with Cell C.

So all I can say is that the customer service line is absolutely rude and unhelpful, they have no idea what they are doing and talking about. No one can ever answer any questions, no one can provide a proper service, my line gets cut for no reason. Try and get re-connected it takes being on hold for long periods of time, 10 different phone calls, no one can help me, everyone gives a different story, they say they will call back and they never do. They all say they will re-connect, and they never do. Ask to activate international dialling, 3 months later and 20 phone calls and it is still not active after they all and say it is. It is incredibly painful to deal with Cell C. They are not a service provider, they are more like a. Biggest mistake I ever did opening a Cell C contract. I would not suggest Cell C to anyone. I see many of the complaints seem to have been resolved, I find that very hard to believe.
