Charged for downloads on my cell phone

In march this year I received a bill for the month of February which included the sum of approx R4500 for so called downloads. I went into itemised billing and got 32 pages of downloads and about 26 entries on each page amounting to over 600 downloads for the month of February. Nearly nine months later I am none the wiser as to what I downloaded. I showed my phone to one of the dealers in Bayside and he said there were no downloads on the phone. unfortunately my phone was a few days later. I have complained repeatedly to Autopage in Canal walk and to technical services in JHB all to no no avail. I have made umpteen phone calls and sent loads of emails and I don't ever get a reply. My phone has now been blacklisted and I am unable to get any credit nor apply for another phone. How can Autopage blacklist me for something I did'nt do. I have been with them for about 15 years and nothing like this has ever happened before. I don't know where to turn and hopefully Hello peter can help. A friend of mine had a similar experience with MTN and again after getting nowhere he paid as his business could'nt handle the effort to change his number. I look forward to your response.
