Billing for data on blackberry phone

I have a mobile account with autopage with MTN as a service provider. A few months ago blackberry changed their policy for unlimited data at a fixed price. This happened before this and I was billed just over R1500 for downloads that happened during the night over a two day period. I called the call centre and requested details of the cost and the individual downloads. They sent me a document to offer my permission to go through my account. Since then I first tried to not pay the amount but this only resulted in them putting my phone off while I was abroad, and then after I had paid and complained again and again there is still no results. Now almost three moths later I have stopped using the blackberry and have still not received an explanation. I would like to know how my phone down loaded data in the middle of the night when I was sleeping and what was downloaded. If this was an error billing should I not have been refunded and why is there no mangers at the call centre, and no manager at the store that can help
