Billing AND NO CLARITY OF ACCOUNTABILITY

I phoned Nashua on tuesday the 16th April to query my Account. I spoke to Yolandy at client service and she refer me to Data support were I spoke to NAAYME SIVANDA and he said its Internet and my 500MB that i applied and paying for is not loaded on CellC NETWORK. However their charging me on my statement. Sivanda refered me to Credit control were I spoke to Phelelani Ndlovu. Ndlovu really tried to help as she couldnt understand why Sivanda couldnt help as, DATA SUPPORT needs to give Credit instruction for Billing issues. Its more than 24hour and my account will be DEBITED TOMORROW with R2894.82. i HAVE NEVER PAID MORE THAT R2000.00 even before I increased MY ACCOUNT WITH 500MB. How come this month of April. I had the account since last year. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT NASHUA IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE DEBIT ORDERS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO GO THROUGHT ON MY ACCOUNT AND THE INCONVININCE. I HOPE SOMEONE WILL ACTION THIS COMPLAINE AS ITS VERY FRUSTRATING!
