No communication

On the 9th of September I took my phone in to have it repaired. i was told that it should take 3 to 4 weeks to be repaired. After the 3rd week i called the Galleria branch to ask if they had any news w.r.t my phone. I was told that they would call me back later that day.By the 4th week I had still not received any feedback. i again called and was told that the phone should be back the following week as they had spoken to the repair centre. When I called again the next week I received the same responce as the week before. The had spoken to the repair centre and it will be here next week. What I cant understand is why am I the one having to run around calling all the time and why do I always get the same responce, " The phone will be ready next week". I have been with Autopage for 15 years and this bad service makes me want to close my account.
