Terminated contract still incurs mystery costs

Hi

I still have a balance (R1515.56) on a contract (I0888814-8) that was terminated last year - I paid R 5 816.89 on 9 November 2012 as requested by the pre-legal agent. This, I was told was to end the contract and cover all outstanding amounts. I didn't actually want to terminate the contract but your guys didn't leave me any option really as there was no-one who was prepared to listen to my complaint and offer a useful solution. For some months now I have tried by telephone, fax and email to get someone who can explain to me why I still owe on a terminated contract... no luck yet.
