Cell C
R149 turned into R186

It is quite simple... I signed up for a R149.00 blackberry contract with Cell C for two years, and they are charging me R186.00
I phoned customer care and they gave me a reference number 3041500229. Customer care even acknowledged the problem and agreed with me.
They said that it would be sorted out within 24 to 48 hours.
It was reported on Monday, it is now Friday... 5 Days turn around so far... :-( :-( :-(
I say again I want to move my other contract from Vodacom (which I had for 14 years) to Cell C and I must admit I am not feeling the comfort there of... I am really scared. This is the second complaint from me about Cell C within a month and half... Are they seriously this Pathetic
And in 14 years I had one complaint to vodacom and never again... Thanks Cell C for nothing.
