Utterly Disgusted after 15yrs of service

I upgraded my wifes phone December 2012 to the new HTC Desire X. At the time the phone just came out & Vodacom Tygervalley Repair Centre had no accessories to sell for the phone. I was appauled, we needed to buy a cover to protect the phone. Come this month April due to the phone being slippery (without a cover that is STILL NOT sold in your stores 4 months later) my wife accidently dropped the phone & cracked the LCD screen. The phone was still FULLY FUNCTIONAL but the screen needed to be replaced. I handed in the phone 3rd April at the same branch where I got it from to request a repair quote. 2 days later they told me it needed a new LCD screen which would cost R1600. I accepted the amount to go ahead & then they told me they have no stock of it in the country. How can a multimillion rand company not stock ANY parts for a phone they sell? I then had to wait 2 weeks only to be told "We don't know when the part will arrive". I complained to Customer care & they escalated the problem. Escalation calls me next day to tell me the phone is ready for collection but it's beyond economical repair saying the PCB board was damaged. This is utter & nonsense. I will not accept this.
