Telkom Internet do not use!!!

If you ever want to get internet, use Telkom for the line, never use them as a service provider. They have the worst attitude, and also agents just put the phone down on you!

I have had their internet for 5 months now, and have never had a good month. I constantly have problems with modem and when you call them they say you must take it in to a store. they claim 4 meg line speed but takes days to download songs. Logged a complaint 5 times in APRIL 2013, but they clear the complaint as if to say the complaint does not exist, if they call you home phone and you are at work!

the agents put the phone down on you if they feel like it! also when you make a complaint that you paying for the fastest line and cannot use facility and say you buy in excess of 20 gigs per month and you are not getting to use it, you would like your money refunded as you are paying for something and not getting the service, they reject claim and say well you used the internet! WHAT WAS MY COMPLAIN ABOUT TELKOM??? ABOUT NOT GETTING WHAT I AM BEING CHARGED FOR!
