Poor service with fault handeling

Following reporting a fault to Telkom, no one can advise what is happening or provide a timescale for the fault to be sorted out.

Having made repeated calls and escalation emails nothing.

It is typical of Telkom to its customers over, abuse its monopolistic position and still expect to be paid for non delivery.

When can I expect a response?
