BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS

I had sent my blacknerry for repairs. it took 2 weeks and then it was established that mtn had blacklisted the phone mistakely. i had to do th running around for documents and affidavit. The blacklisting was suppose to be uplifted and i was made several promises that it would be done. then mtn now tells me that i have to take it to the mtn retail store to sort the upgrade. i told them that i am not willing to do it as it was not my fault. mtn must sort it out. i tried getting hold of Reshma the opps manager, but she does not have the courtesy to return calls.
Even the same goes with the store manager and staff. The manager calls me after 1 week. Even the people working at the store do not answer calls and respond to emails. I am still without a phone for 2 and a half months and nothing is done about it. It is the worst store that i have dealt with and i advise everyone not to go there. Even if you require anything from the m, they will make you stand there for half an hour or so without acknowledging your presence. It was done to me 4 times. I need someone to assist me to report this company to the consumer counsil and i wish to sue this company for the cost of a new replacement
