Dual Sim Swap Not Done 4 weeks

I am totally disgusted at Andrew the manager of Mtn Store in Nelspruit Riverside mall. I went in to te store on the 28th of Jan 2012 to do a dual sim swap. Firstly he could not process the sim swap because system was offline he promised with 48 hours it will be working. I left the store. 1 week later I called the store to inform them the sim card is not working. Andrew was not in apparently sick for the whole week. Janette tried to help me but failed say the sim card is faulty. Lovley excuse. Thereafter she tells me i must go to another mtn store closes to me to get another sim and she will sort it out with the store because I'm in tzaneen at the moment. I went to at mtn store called her after haalf an hour she tells me this not Mtn direct store i must go to another one. I go to another Mtn store i call she speaks to KG manager he says he will sort it out. I get another sim card from him after returning the other sim. 3 days later the new sim still not working. I call him he says he cannot to do a sim swap Andrew must do it because they got all my information. I call nelspruit to ask for andrew no his too busy to call me back and Mr Oupa whom answered the call gives me attitude
