Good day MTN, i just checked my balance on *141# but i see i have no data remaining, this is impossible as i always connect through wifi routers at home and work! so how the can my 200mb be used up already and i be charged if i connect through my wifi everywhere? i dont download anyting on the phone i just chat on bbm and that can not be 200mb. i don't see it cost effective to keep on the blackberry phones.
the other matter is that i'm due a upgrade but when i request my nearest branch to send me the list of phones available they simply ignore me. please send through phones available on the 350 topup plan and pricing.
i have been loyal for over ten years and now this is the treatment one gets, maybe i should look into other service providers as this is not business this is like a brother stabbing his brother in the back.
