MTN POOR SERVICE

I have had this problem for over 3 months now i log on to the mtn web page to send those free sms/mms but the page keeps directing me to the log on screen i log on it redirects again you never get to send the sms if the that offer is no longer available then mtn should say so cause at the moment their web page is giving us a service i tried all the computers at work i even went to private use pc still the same thing even used ma home pc still the same. Is this the service mtn is giving us as they subscriber then if it then its they need to check that Internet page of theirs and sort it fast
