Manger is unprofessional and rude

On the 17 April 2013, i went to the Vodacom Branch in Newcastle @ the Newcastle Mall in Kwa-Zulu Natal
I required a Sim swop because my Sim card was damaged. I unfortunately did not have my ID document as proof of identity. I however had my driver's licence.

The sales consultant refused to assist me stating that head office does not accept drivers licence as from the 16th April. Vodacom should inform the clients that a drivers licence is not a legit form of identity

The Manager was then called in and he was rude and unprofessional. When informed him that i will take my business elsewhere because of the service, he replied that i should ' Take My Business elsewhere"

I will be transferring to a new network because of the incompetence of the staff and will be cancelling my contract.
