I went to the licence place to transfer my licence over from a foreign licence to an SA licence. I brought in all the papers required as stated on the website. When I got to the window, the lady started asking me for documents which were not mentioned on the website. I explained to her that on their website, it doesn't ask for all these documents. She then produced a piece of paper with a list of documents required for transferring your licence over from a foreign licence to an SA licence. I asked her how are people supposed to know if the website isn't updated and only once you have made the journey to the licence department, queued and waited, then they give you a another list of documents which you are required to produce. The lady understood my issue with this process and said that she would call her manager to assist me. Her manager, Mr Walter Mdlalose then came to the window and was rude and aggressive towards me. He started shouting at me about the process and said that it's my fault if the application is declined. When I did manage to get a word in to talk and explain my issue, he walked away while i was talking with no interest whatsoever! Rude and!!!
