Foreigners can not rent a car in Budget

A horrible customer service at your branch in McCarthy Audi Pre-Owned, Garsfontein Drive, Pretoria, from both persons in this place. We went to this office to rent a car today at 11 am for tomorrow 7:30 am. We are LEGAL foreigners but my husband already has his South African ID for this reason he went to swop his international licence with the South African drivers licence. It was approved but takes some weeks to print the plastic licence, they gave him a temporal document from the department of licences of SA. My husband showed this to the guy this morning he checked it and said it was ok. We said we will be back to fetch the car at 5 pm. We went back and the same guy now said that they can not accept the temporal licence. Then I said is not a problem I will rent it with my international licence, the same license I used many times to rent here in SA and my passport. This person said that licence can not be used for renting a car because is not in english (Is in Spanish, English and German) I told them I had rented cars before in budget with my license and they said it was not true! This is unacceptable! All our trip is messed up by BUDGET. Highly unprofessional customer service.
