Cellc bad service

I made an early payment to cellc and faxed proof thru put a ad on hellopeter called customer services and emailed [Email Removed] but no1 has helped me I've paid in advanced and extra bt sum1 at cellc never do they job y must I suffer I always pay my accounts in advanced so for cellc mistake who is going to help me or compensate me, I will like someone from head office contact me tired of talking to customer care and finance dep or dnt or cnt assist than what's use having a customer care cellc service is pathetic I will never take another contract with cellc again or reffer any1, I have 4 contracts with cellc but service is gone to the dogs, will like someone contact me asap on 0849054605 or 0732330452 why should I pay this month cause I'm scared I'll pay and someone won't do they job again cause I paid but I'm in areas cause someone never do they jo
