Good day.

At about 18:30 on Wednesday, 17 April, i called in to the call centre to enquire about whether it would be possible for me to get an early upgrade.

My new upgrade date is in September this year, but my phone has been giving me problems for the past 2 weeks. Battery does not last, even though i dont use the phone alot during the day at work. Im sure it does not last because it just randomly switches on and stays on, even though its locked. On my call with the agent, i could barely hear him because the keys are all on even though no one is pressing it.

I cant afford to be without a phone as i am constantly on the go and work obligations.

When i called in tonight, the person that helped me said there is no way this can be done, because there is no
One with a mandate to do so. Which i think is totally impossible.

Can someone please just have a look at my account and help me with this please? I have been an MTN subscriber for almost 7 years now, But this is definitely an emergency and wouldnt have asked otherwise.

I feel like the guy at the callcentre did not even make an effort to find out if anything can be done. no arguing with someone who does not want to help.
