Not Allowing me to Upgrade 2 months early

Good day, i have my MTN contract for a number of years now and this is the first time that i requested an early upgrade because my phone does not work. The phone is damaged as it fell but i keep asking the call centre staff for a 2 month early upgrade and i am willing to pay the difference of the 2 months early upgrade. MTN outright tells you that they do not do early upgrades and that is it, you just have to wait. Where is the customer service and the empathy for the customer. its only 2 months, i spend alot of money with MTN monthly and they just dont care, as long as they get your money, thats all that matters. I even asked customer care for my cancellation costs as i now want to cancel because this service stinks and they still have not replied to me with the fees. i rather pay up and port to Vodacom or Cell C as i have contracts with them as well. Can someone either assist me or give me fees to cancel and i would gladly pay up and leave this service. please do not call me on my mtn number as i cannot hear a thing on that phone. if i am going to receive a call, my other number is 0716753616.
